While most of our funds come from the recycling of bread tags, donations allow us to provide more wheelchairs. We are a registered Australian charity (ABN 74855771044) and all donations of $2 or more are tax deductible.
How can I donate?
How are funds used?
All funds raised through the recycling of bread tags are used to assist disabled people in developing countries. Most of the funds are used to pay for wheelchairs for the disadvantaged in South Africa. We have also helped fund programs in Papua New Guinea to assist with mobility aids and prosthetic limbs.
We have very few costs : no wages, no rent – we are all volunteers and have no premises. Our small administrative costs such as renting a PO Box and hosting our website are funded through donations, but the bulk of donations go towards providing wheelchairs.
